The Twin Rivers Community Trust has the capability through our online Financial
Institution to offer residents the ability to have the monthly maintenance fees directly debited from either your checking or savings account.

If you are interested in utilizing Direct Debit for your payment method, please sign the bottom of this notice, attach a voided check and return it to the Trust Office. Make sure to clearly state whether you wish the Direct Debit to be deducted from your checking or savings account.

Please note: It is required that a copy of the signed form be on file with our Bank as well as being maintained in our office. This authorization will remain in full force and effect with Twin Rivers Community Trust has received written notification from the unit owner of its termination.

By signing this request, I am authorizing that Twin Rivers Community Trust to debit from my account at the attached Financial Institution as payment for monthly HOA maintenance fees.
