Quad II Pool Update: Due to damage caused by a contractor, the Trust undertook necessary repairs to the pool area. This work included replacing the concrete around the pool and the PVC lines for the filter system. East Windsor Township issued a stop work order and issued a fine. They have since made continued requests for additional documentation, permits, and fees that have brought the repairs to a standstill. We have to this point incurred approximately $10,000 in unbudgeted expense and have no idea when or if the pool will open this year. We have reached out to the Mayor for assistance and she has remained silent.

The parking lot adjacent to the Quad II pool will remain closed until further notice. Please do not park in the lot until the signs are removed. Violators will be towed at owner's expense.
